I don’t use the Blackberry, but being a techie I cannot understand how RIMM can still be relevant.
This industry is based heavily on network effect and RIMM did a lot of things right in the past but they are not coming up with viable competitive solutions to Android and iOS.
Today RIMM is down 20% and I still don’t think it is a value buy.

Its like NOK.
Under-valued stock. Established company in earnings. But poor business outlook from the "techie" side of things.
They need huge impetus of changes before people start voting for these stocks again.

the thing is that there don't seem to be a way for them to secure their competitive edge that they used to have
