I came across this summary that I have to mention here. Kudos to The Inaculated Investor for summarizing the conversation Charlie Munger have on the current economy, investing, WESTCO and life in general.
As a personal leading a busy life you really appreciate it when someone goes out of the way to summarize these great interviews the way he does and shares it with us. Its like you are not at the meeting and your colleague takes the minutes for you. Only thing this is dealing with value investing. I urge anyone who uses RSS feeds to subscribe to his blog.
There is much to learn from Charlie Munger, but what I learn after reading this summary is that although you may have found what works for you, be it as a trader or a value investor, but it is important to be realistic and always see it as a continuous learning experience. Be ready to change or be able to see that perhaps dividend investing is not the way forward or will not work out in the future, or be open about leverage and why it is necessary etc.
