The amazing thing about CDL Hospitality trust is that it just goes up and up and up. Amazing REIT and for those who got it cheap congratulations. A stock that truely defy gravity.
Today seems a good day to initiate a small position in ParkwayLife REIT. PLife REIT yield less than the normal reit and at current purchase price probably only 5.75% yield but it has some good thing going for it particularly that earnings are somewhat protected from inflation (although only in the case of gradual small increases) and that its tenants are some of the most well known and established hospital in south east asia.
