Here is an update for CH Offshore share holders. One of their 4 year charter vessel will not be renewed by the charterer.
Of note is that it should not hit the profitability of the soon to be closing financial year but would likely impact the next financial year as the charter rates are much lower.

This is to be expected. but i do not know how low the charter rates they will recontract it at. still trying to get the answers there.
we also are not sure why the price spike up recently.
I will still be holding it.

I enjoyed reading your blogs and detailed analysis. Bought 10 lots of CH Offshore at 0.36 on 5 March 2012 after reading your blog. Share is now trading above NAV at 0.455. Will you still be holding onto it? Thank You.
