We added 3 stocks to our Dividend Stock Tracker this week. I am sure with the recent market volatility you will be interested to know whether any of your REITs being monitored have reached good valuations.
We updated the dividend yields to reflect latest quarter distributions as well.
The Industrial REITs still leads in terms of yield distributions, but that does not mean that they are more leverage.
In terms of yield changes there isn’t much surprises after this 2 weeks. We will have to see if the market actually develops a bear trend to know if prices do get more attractive.
