This may sound out of this world but the events this week have to make you sit up and take notice about this.
The Ting Hai effect is a perculiar stock market phenomenon observed that whenever Hong Kong actor Adam Cheng stars in a new television show, there is a sudden unexplained drop in the stock market.
Now he did not shoot a new show, but if you notice his show King of Snooker was aired starting last week in Singapore.
This seem to coincide with the recent decline.

I was on a tour in Taiwan and there was this Feng Shui shop that sells pretty much a few news that says that if you analyzed the number of strokes or in general the bazi of Adam Cheng, it would seem that these catastrophe enhances him, yet he normally isn’t a great influence over others.

LOL! This Adam Cheng "effect" was brought up each time market have a "crash".
If we start using "voodoo" to explain market actions, it's a slippery slope towards everything goes!
That said, its giving rise to new business opportunities:
1) Buy and sell according to your astrology signs! Just look at the annual fortune telling almanac - X year bad for water element; sell all shipping stocks!
2) Improve your luck by using Feng Shui (this is no joke, it'sbig business! It has gone corporate!)
3) Improve your stock trading success by using the mystic power of crystals! Are we wearing some good luck charm on our body?
