My friend was wondering how does the various real estate investment trust’s WALE stack against each other. Perhaps he is looking for the REITs that have stabilized long rentals.
So I did a compilation and put it up here. Its good to have a document that I and my friends can update from time to time.
What you will realize is that there are a group of REITs that I couldn’t find the information. If you have the details do leave a comment so that I can add them in. The retail REITs and the hospitality REITs are the groups that do not have much details because the retail REITs leases are usually around 3 years while hospitality are based on tourists arrival.
To find out the dividend yield of the Singapore REITs you can monitor them on the Dividend Stock Tracker here.

For hospitality Reit, the lease is usually entered into with its sponsor which will in turn operate the asset. If I am not wrong the tenure entered into is Long (more than 10 years) with variable rent component attached.

hi Ck, the master lease is usually very long and majority on variable rent. but no always the case, the smaller REITs such as FHT and OUEHT seem to have greater fixed component.
