I’m taking a small initial position on these 2 counters. Cache Logistics is a new position and i like the low gearing, kind of property and yield on cost 8%.
First REIT is a re-entry. My target price of 76 never reached and I am taking position in anticipation of a oversold rally in the markets.
I run a free Singapore Dividend Stock Tracker available for everyone’s perusal. It contains Singapore’s top dividend stocks both blue chip and high yield stock that are great for high yield investing. Do follow my Dividend Stock Tracker which is updated nightly here.

Hello Drizzt,
the highest yield on your portfolio is SP Ausnet. I'd like to buy some, but am confused by its continuous falling. Neither could I find any discussion of this company on your blog. It could be a good subject, as I'm sure I'm not the only one to wonder.
Best Regards Habsb
